Da-ha-he-hia works
at customer support. He’s missing the top part of his head, a nasty
story about some very angry customer that made him boil to the point of
explosion. Since then he’s doing fine, now a very patient person. When
stressed or irritated, you can see him boil and vent until he need to
cool himself with a drink.

d’engueulade avec un client mécontent qui le poussa jusqu’à l’explosion.
Ça va mieux depuis, beaucoup mieux. C’est désormais quelqu’un de très
patient qui bout toujours ouvertement quand stressé ou énervé. Après
avoir bien ventilé, il lui suffit d’une bonne rasade pour repartir la
tête fraîche.
