Trip to Mushroom Land 05

We participated in the Megacybes harvest. It was a tiresome experience!
Filled with water and covered with slimy mucus, this variety of mushrooms are quite the handful to carry.
Even cutting require frequent resharpening because of the silica inside.
After the harvest, comes the festival of lights, where only those who participated can come.

Nous avons participé à la récolte des Megacybes. C’était éreintant !
Remplis d’eau et couverts de mucus glissant, cette variété de champignons est une galère à trimballer.
Même les couper est compliqué en raison de leur taux de silice, nous obligeant à réaffûter constamment.
Heureusement, après la récolte viens le Festival des lumières, où seuls ceux qui ont participé peuvent venir.

Trip to Mushroom Land 04

To venture further, in the dark places underneath, I had to bring some light with me.
Old denizens of Fungi Haven don’t need to see, but I’m still young.
I can’t bring the sun with me, it would harm the mushrooms.
But I can grow a bit of moon by my side to light up my way.

Afin de m’aventurer plus loin dans les tréfonds obscurs, j’aurai besoin de lumière.
Les Anciens de Fungi Haven n’ont pas besoin de voir, mais moi je suis bien jeune.
Je ne eux pas emmener le soleil avec moi, car il blesserait les champignons alentours.
Mais je peux faire pousser un peu de lune pour éclairer mon chemin.

Trip to Mushroom Land 03

After a long road full of wonders and surprises, you’ve reach the heart of Fungi Haven.
I hope that along the way you made nice encounters, that you saw many marvelous landscapes, and made a lot of new friends.

Après un long chemin rempli d’embûches mais aussi de merveilles, vous avez atteint le coeur de Fungi Haven.
J’ose espérer qu’au fil du chemin vous avez fait de belles rencontres, vu de sublimes paysages, et trouvé moult nouveaux amis.
Vous devriez être quelqu’un d’autre à présent, une personne différente, transformée par le simple fait de voyager.
