Abandoned park

Even the smallest cities has forgotten places, little spots known to only a few if not any. Often decayed, overcome by nature or surprisingly well groomed by unknown forces. Go on and search, you’ll find some quite easily. Once rediscovered, these havens are yours to enjoy.

So is your mind. Search for a bit and you’ll find a happy place.

Même les petits villages en ont, des coins oubliés ou connus seulement par quelques âmes. Fouinez, sans même aller très loin, et vous en trouverez aisément un de ces endroits oubliés, parfois décati par le temps ou envahi par la végétation, ou même parfois bien entretenu par quelques êtres mystérieux. Une fois ces petits havres découverts, profitez-en. Ils sont désormais à vous.

Il en va de même pour votre esprit. Cherchez un peu et vous trouverez vos havres de paix en vous.

Into the mouth of the FishGod

Preparatory art for the cover of “Escales Septentrionales” of the “Promenade aux galères” trilogy from the incredible @mediefictions.
A strong Cthulhu vibe for the fish god. I tried to upscale the creepiness, but ended being too classical. I prefer, and I’m happy, how the final work turned out.

Esquisse préparatoire pour le T3 “Escales Septentrionales” de la trilogie “Promenade aux galères” de l’incroyable @mediefictions.
Une bonne ambiance cthulhuesque pour un Dieu Poisson peu affable. J’ai essayé de le rendre aussi terrifiant que possible, mais je trouve le rendu trop chargé. Je réfère de loin mon rendu final !

Elder Scarecrow

Today we gather to pay hommage to the Elder. Older than us, so old their mast has grown back to a tree, so ancient their garnements are but rags floating in the four winds… Only the face remains, Looking at us kindly from above.
And the hat.
Can’t be a good scarecrow without a proper hat.

Aujourd’hui nous sommes réunis pour rendre hommage à l’Ancien, si âgé, si vieux, que son mât a poussé à travers lui, que ses oripeaux ne sont plus que lambeaux de tissus flottants aux quatre vents… Seul son visage reste, nous regardant de haut, certes, mais avec bienveillance.
Et son chapeau aussi.
Tout bon épouvantail a besoin d’un bon chapeau.
